Privacy notice
Last updated: 27 July 2026
This notice covers the public website at weekhaven.co.uk and its early-access form. The private Weekhaven family-planning service is not yet publicly available and will have additional privacy information before launch.
Who is responsible
Weekhaven is responsible for information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@weekhaven.co.uk.
Information we collect
If you join early access, we collect your email address, your optional name, your consent, and the time the request is delivered. If you email us, we receive the information contained in your message.
Please do not submit family schedules, children’s information, health information, school documents, or other sensitive household content through the public website.
Why we use it
We use early-access details to respond to your request, send occasional product updates, and invite suitable participants to future trials. We rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
Service providers
The website is intended to be hosted by Vercel. Early-access emails are intended to be delivered through Resend. Those providers process limited technical or contact information under their own service and data protection terms.
Cookies and analytics
Weekhaven does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural analytics, or cross-site tracking on this website. Essential platform security or delivery data may still be processed by the hosting provider.
Retention
Early-access requests are kept only while they are useful for operating the early-access programme or until you ask us to remove them, subject to limited legal or security requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@weekhaven.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
This notice will be updated before the private application begins processing real household information.
